It’s also about managing your accounts, processing insurance claims, providing reports, understanding the current rules and regulations regarding standards of practice and also insurance regulations.At The Aloha Chiropractic Center, we firmly believe that it’s “the people” that make the experience. You will find our staff members to be very knowledgeable and helpful in many different aspects of the administration of your care, as well as providing therapy. We will do our best to help you understand the ins and outs of your insurance contract with your chosen insurance company. We will also provide your insurance company with claims on your behalf, provide medical notes if required, store and keep on hand any referrals which you may have from you medical doctor, and provide appeals for any claims which may have been inappropriately denied by your insurance if applicable.

And if there are any problems we will try to facilitate the process of getting your claims covered between you and your insurance company. In the end, remember that insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, and that you are the person ultimately responsible for you care.
